more gym time

today, I did leg exercises. I did the treadmill again, but I did 3 mph for about 4 minutes, 2.5 mph for 3 minutes, and 2 mph for 3 minutes. My legs are killing me... but, I'm going back tomorrow. I think it's an every day thing from Monday through Friday. Weekends are free. I'm not sure. But, at least I'll lose weight and inches, and gain muscle. That's something I've never had. I've always either been stick thin (that was a looong time ago) or obese. So, I figured I better do something.
